🤍One of the greatest gifts you can leave your family is clarity during one of life’s most difficult moments.

In this video, Hawke Forbes answers another one of the most common questions we hear:
When is the best time to plan a funeral?

Hawke explains how pre-planning allows you to make thoughtful decisions in advance, document your wishes, and help relieve your family of the stress of making those choices during an emotional time.

Planning ahead ensures that your preferences are known and gives your loved ones the space to focus on what matters most: remembering and honoring your life.

Having these conversations may feel difficult, but they can bring comfort, peace of mind, and a sense of preparedness for the future.

It's okay to have questions and it's okay to talk about it.

Hawke Forbes, LFD at Guerry Forbes Funeral Home, is here to ease that burden. In this video, he answers some of the most common questions families have so when the time comes, you feel prepared, supported, and cared for.

In this Q&A, Hawke discusses:
• At the time of death, what are the very first phone calls a family should make?
• After the pronouncement of death, what happens?
• What happens after the transfer of care?
• What information do I need to have available for the funeral director?
• If I call for information prior to my loved one passing, am I committed to your funeral home?
