We pride ourselves in caring for our community. We are supporters of First Coast Women Services and we work hand in hand with the Baker County School System to assist the counties children with their vision needs. Dr. Futch performs your basic eye exam for glasses and contact lenses, as well as your medical exams, covering everything from dry eye to ocular surgeries.

While, unfortunately, we do not have any remaining 2025 eye exam slots available, you can still use your available vision benefits for eyewear. If you feel your vision has not changed, use those benefits for an extra pair of glasses, sunglasses, or more contacts. No appointment necessary to order eyewear. Must have a valid prescription in hand or on file.

BVC offers big city selection and technology with home town service -- an experienced optometrist and a skilled staff providing primary eye care and exams for glasses or contacts with a huge selection of frames, lenses, contacts, and sunglasses. We also offer local care for dry eyes, glaucoma, red eye, pink eye, and removal of dust, grit, and metal. Well known in our community for caring and service to others. BVC was also instrumental in bringing a cataract surgeon to Macclenny so residents can get expert surgery locally and avoid the drive to Jacksonville.
