Senior Citizen and Disability Resource Center, Baker County Florida. Assisted Living Facility offering Long Term Care in a "live in" home like environment. We are licensed by the Agency on Healthcare Administration and we are also insured. We offer an alternative to Nursing Home placement to those who qualify to live in a lower level of care environment. We offer assistance with medication management, bathing, special diets, dressing, laundry, medical appointments and more!
