𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗼𝗹𝗱 — 𝗜 𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱

I wasn’t lazy.
I wasn’t unmotivated.
And I definitely wasn’t imagining it.

I was waking up tired, pushing through my workouts, crashing mid-afternoon, and then feeling wired when it was finally time to sleep.

What frustrated me most?
I was doing all the “right” things.

It wasn’t until I slowed down and listened to my body that I realized my nervous system, hormones, and gut needed support — not more pressure.

That moment changed how I coach women in midlife.

Because midlife isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what actually works for this season of life.
