✔️ Follow the 20-20-20 rule – every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
✔️ Adjust your screen brightness and lighting to reduce glare.
✔️ Remember to blink often to keep your eyes hydrated.
✔️ Schedule your routine eye exam to ensure your prescription and eye health are up to date.
