Happy Earth day y'all!!! 🥳🙏🏾💚🦋🌷🪻🌱🌎🌍 Just some random photos of me & the fam embracing & enjoying nature 🍄‍🟫 😜🥰 Not only today but everyday reminding myself to respect, care for, enjoy & love the planet we're on. You don't have to have a green thumb, be a hippie or tree hugger to respect & connect with nature. Nature is literally a part of us and makes us whole. Anyways just a little reminder to take it easy, slow down sometimes, breathe in the somewhat fresh air (aside from the pollen & pollutants 😏) look at the wind blow the trees, enjoy the sound of the birds, and the beauty in all the small simple things we tend to sometimes forget about. Over the past few months I've really been getting back to my healthier lifestyle and I've been feeling so much more lighter, closer to nature, empowered, and just overall happier with myself. Over the past 2-3 years I had been eating out A LOT, barely working out or being active, drinking less water and more sugary drinks, too many processed foods, drinking alcohol pretty often so yeah just getting caught up in the sauce 😔😅😭 but that's okay cuz I was healthier before and I've actually still been learning how to eat more natural and just learning more about the nutrients and minerals and things our bodies actually need. So anyways just wanted to share some of things I've been using that's helping me get to a better health. The pumpkin seeds have really helped my skin with shrinking my pores, eliminating toxins to clear acne, and also helping with my digestion 😉 also by taking vitamins that help my immune system and combined with super greens to help keep my body clean of toxins which helps with my sinus allergies a lot! Well y'all stay blessed! 🙏🏾 Keep your head up no matter what you're going thru and things will get better! 💕💚😁

Oh & apparently ya girl is allergic to everything 🤣🙀🤔 yeah not really sure about this allergy test they did I think I'm allergic to all these dang chemicals they be spraying everywhere on our food & in the air! 🤔😶‍🌫️😷

Had fun visiting Cheraw, South Carolina where some of Joseph's ohana is from and loved seeing some of the spots he remembers as a child. He so country 😹 but foreal shoot I really enjoy traveling even if it's nearby places learning the history, the culture & seeing all the beauty even in the small things 😅🥰

OTW out of town we passed thru Augusta & look what we found!!! HAWAIIAN BBQ!! 😅😂😜🤤🔥💯💯💕😳😎🌄🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🥰 OMG & it all was sooo freaking good!! I think my favorite was of course the Spam Musubi 😅 their BBQ teriyaki chicken was very delish & their cabbage kimchi I could just sit here & eat that without rice! So definitely recommend that place if you're ever in Augusta!

A week late posting but whatever 😅😁 didn't believe it would snow in Middle GA but I guess when you got science technology that can control the weather you can do whatever you want with it right 🫣🤗😅 this hunger games & we all the players I guess 😶‍🌫️🤐😵‍💫 but we all enjoyed it anyways! 😜 actually made a snowman! ⛄ She was so excited! 😆 This probably the closest I'ma get to snow cuz cold weather is not my scene 🤧 🥶

I love y'all so much!! 😘🤩😍 I truly feel so blessed so grateful and so abundant!! 🙏🏽💕 So happy everyone enjoyed themselves so that was my first goal of the New Year accomplished! Just a few moments I captured thru a lens of my life ☺️🙏🏽💚 made this lil concoction with hot water, about a teaspoon of ground cloves, 1-2 teaspoons of honey & 1-2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar that works as a natural antibiotic. These ingredients have antimicrobial properties so it really helped me clear a sore throat I started to get being around everyone else who was sick. & I've been learning to do my own nails the past few months so I'm getting better 😅 & don't mind me admiring my neighbors sweet little cat 😺
