A recent Becker's ASC Review article highlights the growing shift of orthopedic procedures from inpatient hospitals to ambulatory surgery centers and the benefits this brings to patients, physicians, and staff.

OrthoGeorgia’s proud to offer outpatient surgery options in our own Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Macon. Our center earned the prestigious Advanced Orthopaedic Certification from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) for both Total Joint Replacements and Spine Procedures.
This recognition reflects our commitment to high-quality outcomes, exceptional patient care, and continuous improvement.

Congratulations, Players of the Week!

OrthoGeorgia Players of the Week, for week of November 21st.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week: Reginald Glover, SR, QB, Northeast High School. Reginald went 14 of 20 passing for 226 yards and 3 TD's. He also added 10 rushes for 81 yards, totaling 307 yards on the night, in his team's 26-14 playoff win over Swainsboro High School.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week: Maddox Whitehead, SR, DL, Stratford Academy. Maddox accounted for 9 tackles, 2 tackles for loss, and recorded 5 sacks, to help secure a 14-7 win in the GIAA Class AAAA State Championship over Brookstone.

These players will be recognized at the Macon Touchdown Club's meeting on Monday, November 24th.
