First and foremost, our team members are here for their expertise and the care they are able to provide. But each one of them believes in something else, too: lifting spirits and offering support. Smiling faces like these aren’t hard to come by at Central Georgia Cancer Center.

As we observed World Cancer Day, we found ourselves reflecting on all of the incredible moments our patients were able to ring this, our Celebration Bell. It reads: “Ring this bell three times well to celebrate this day. This course is run, my treatment done, now I am on my way.”

We grow accustomed to seeing the familiar faces of our patients during treatment, and we always value connecting with them, but we love nothing more than to see them “on their way,” visiting us less and less. There is nothing like hearing this bell chime. 🤍
