On-Site Dental Care for Skilled Nursing Facilities The Sanford Dental Plan was created as a result of a collaborative effort between Dr. Richard B.

Dynamic Mobile Dentistry is a mobile dental service that provides licensed, experienced dentists who deliver on site dental care to nearly 5,000 residents in over 225 skilled nursing facilities across Georgia and Alabama. Liipfert of Dynamic Mobile Dentistry and John S. Neel of The Sanford Company after realizing the overwhelming need of dental care in nursing facilities. This dental plan provides an attractive option for residents with little access to outside funding. Most qualified Medicaid recipients can receive services at no out of pocket cost. Dynamic Mobile Dentistry provides services for The Sanford Dental Plan. The Dynamic team schedules routine visits to the facility and is also available after hours for emergency care when necessary. Dynamic dentists travel with mobile equipment specifically designed for the nursing home environment, making it a convenient service for both the residents and facility staff.

We are a portable dental practice that has been servicing nursing homes since 2009. Our mission is to provide a convenient way to improve oral healthcare to those who have difficulty getting to a dental office. We are seeking compassionate dental assistants to help provide the treatment these patients deserve.

This position is for a dental assistant living in Macon to assist with treatment to residents in nursing homes. Prior experience is not required, but highly recommended. The facilities we serve are all over Georgia, so travel is required. We provide a car and cover all travel expenses. Overnight stay is NOT required. The position is full time, but the days are long, so most weeks you would only need to work 3 - 4 days, and still hit 40 hours.

Daily Responsibilities:
-Meet dentist at the facility
-Travel will be required depending on location of visit
-Set up and break down equipment in clinic area
-Assist dentist will procedures
-Break down clinic
-Take instruments back to office for sterilization
-Repack unit for next travel day
-Services provided include exams, oral cancer screenings, prophy, cavitron, x-rays, fillings, extractions, dentures and denture relines and repairs

Qualifications:
Dental assisting experience is preferred

Benefits:
Compensation is based on experience
Company car is provided for travel
Only have to work 3 days for full time hours
2 weeks paid vacation
8 paid holidays

Schedule:
4x10
Monday to Friday
No weekends
