First Choice Primary Care, a non-profit health center in Macon and Warner Robins that provides quality care to insured, uninsured individuals.

First Choice Primary Care is a local non-profit health center with offices in downtown Macon and Warner Robins. We provide quality care to insured, uninsured and underinsured individuals 18 months and older. We’ll be here for you when you are sick, and help you locate a specialist if that’s what you need. We can also help you learn more about how to stay healthy, manage any chronic problems, and improve your overall medical status. Dr. Timothy Graves leads a team of doctors and nurse practitioners that focuses on providing quality healthcare to our patients.
