Piedmont has the reputation of providing high quality orthopaedic care to this community and its surrounding areas in Middle Georgia. In our present location, we have drawn together all services necessary to provide orthopaedic care to patients of all ages. In our clinic, well-trained physicians and professional staff assess and diagnose musculoskeletal problems and develop treatment plans to meet your needs. We boast a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center for your ambulatory surgery needs. Our physical therapy department is able to customize your rehabilitative care. Camareon Taylor, quarterback for Howard High School, went on for 1300 passing yards after having right shoulder arthroscopy with labral repair for a chronic subluxation of the right shoulder with Dr. Barnes when the year before he threw for less than 600 yards.

For the last 35 years, Dr. Bill Barnes has been with Piedmont Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Complex striving to serve his community while providing excellent orthopedic care. He considers it an honor to holistically care for all of the middle Georgia area in orthopedics ranging from sports injuries to joint reconstruction to excellent podiatry care provided by Dr. Barnes’ colleague, Dr. Wooten. Dr. Barnes plans to continue this legacy, remaining committed to ensuring compassionate patient care, resulting in excellent outcomes.
