We are hosting a blood drive on March 4, 2026, at Oak Hall on the Warner Robins campus from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

We are looking for 10 student volunteers:
• 5 students for the 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM shift
• 5 students for the 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM shift

You are welcome to volunteer for half a day or the full day if you’d like.

We also strongly encourage everyone to consider donating blood if you are able. Your participation—whether volunteering or donating—helps make a meaningful difference in our community!

2️⃣ Nursing Skills Lab & Panel Discussion
📅 February 9 | 1–5 PM
📍 Macon Campus & Cochran Campus
We need 10 students per campus to help introduce pre-nursing students to nursing skills, including:
• Vital signs
• IVs
• Foley catheters
• Wound care
• Hand hygiene
There will also be a panel discussion, where current nursing students can share insight into the MGA Nursing Program, expectations, and tips for success.

Above is the Signup Genius Link for a MGSANS volunteer opportunity on Feb 9th from 1-5pm on Macon and Cochran campuses. 10 students are needed for each campus lab to introduce nursing skills to pre-nursing students (vital signs, IV, Foleys, Wound care, Hand hygiene, etc.) There will also be a panel discussion where current nursing students are able to provide insight into MGA nursing program expectations and tips for success.

Middle Georgia State University Day of Service 2025 ! Dr. Hill , Professor Daniels , Professor McBurse and Madison enjoyed reading to the kids at Bleckley County Primary School on Friday ! The kids were so sweet , attentive and had a lot of great questions ! It is fun to give back and volunteer in the community. Dr Hill and Professor Daniels got to enjoy reading to their own kids and their class !! 📖
