Meet Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Lee!

Jennifer was born and raised in Middle Georgia and is grateful to continue calling this community home. She lives here with her husband, their daughter, and a new baby on the way.

Jennifer brings extensive experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Primary Care to her role as the Community Outreach Nurse Practitioner at Southern Primary Care. In this position, she has the privilege of visiting local assisted-living communities to care for elderly patients, allowing them to receive high-quality medical care without the stress of traveling to the office.

In addition to her community work, Jennifer also sees patients ages 5 and up in the Bass Road office on Thursdays and Fridays.

Her favorite part of being the Community Outreach NP is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her patients. Meeting them in their own environment creates a relaxed, authentic connection—often filled with shared stories, family photos, and cherished memories. These moments allow Jennifer to care for her patients holistically and truly understand their needs beyond the medical chart.

Jennifer is honored to serve the people of Middle Georgia and looks forward to continuing her work within the community she loves.
