Our Health Care Navigator, Rose, was proud to volunteer & support the Walk to End Alzheimer’s this weekend — joining families, senior organizations, and community partners who share our mission of care and compassion.

Together, we walk to honor those we’ve lost, support those living with Alzheimer’s, and stand beside the families and caregivers who give so much every day. 💪🏽💜
