🌍✨ Every week is an adventure at Westhill!

Did you know that every Monday our residents gather in the theater room for a virtual tour? We've been exploring places many of us have dreamed of visiting! One week we might walk along the Great Wall of China, the next we’re inside the Smithsonian, touring Air Force One, or traveling to landmarks around the world.

These afternoons are part of our commitment to lifelong learning, curiosity, and meaningful enrichment for every resident. 💙

🌟 Weekend Spotlight! 🌟

We’re shining a light on one of our favorite recent visits. Plantation Plate owner and curator, Amber Robertson, served up an amazing traveling exhibit full of hands-on history. 🏛 Amber filled the day with stories, artifacts, and lots of curious questions from our residents. It was a wonderful chance to learn and connect.

🍂🧡 Family, Food, & Gratitude! 🧡🍂

We spent yesterday celebrating with our residents and their families during a cozy Thanksgiving lunch hosted and served by our amazing staff. Our hearts (and plates!) were full. 🧡🍽️ Seeing residents and their families share food, stories, and time together made the day feel extra special. We’re grateful for every moment. 🙏

💙 Honoring Our Heroes

On Veterans Day, our community came together for a heartfelt pinning ceremony hosted by Heartland Hospice to honor our veterans and the spouses who stood beside them in service and sacrifice.

It was a meaningful moment filled with gratitude, pride, and deep respect for those who have given so much. We are honored to have celebrated these incredible individuals. 💙✨

✨🐍 Museum Day = Best Day! 💙🔭
We took a trip to the Museum of Arts & Sciences in Macon and packed in a little bit of everything — planetarium stars, animal encounters, and plenty of smiles. Curiosity never gets old at Westhill!

That’s a wrap on another great week at Westhill!

From a virtual tour of The Old Governor’s Mansion to dancing along with live music, our residents kept the fun rolling! 🎶🏛️💙 We also teed off with a round of indoor mini golf and tested our luck at the always-popular Butter Bean Auction with Weston.

Laughter, learning, and a little friendly competition — just another week well spent at Westhill! ✨

🍁🌻 Fall has officially arrived at Westhill!

A huge thank you to Paulk Landscaping for transforming our entryway with beautiful pumpkins and fall flowers. The warm colors and fresh blooms have our whole community feeling those cozy autumn vibes. 💛🍂

What started as a simple Family Night dinner turned into a full-blown whodunit! 🍽️🕵️‍♀️

Our residents and families joined Malachai Stout’s Family Reunion, where every guest had a secret and no one could be trusted (in the best way possible!). 🚔🔎

Between the laughter, plot twists, and some truly Oscar-worthy performances, we’re calling this one a huge hit! 🎭💙

Tuesday brought smiles (and sprinkles!) with Jeremiah’s Ice and meaningful music therapy, while we spent this afternoon dancing to live music from the one and only Early Clover!

Music, movement, and sweet moments — that’s our kind of week. 💙✨
