The holiday season is a time of celebration — but it’s also easy to get off track with sleep, diet, and stress. Here are some simple ways to stay healthy and enjoy the holidays to the fullest:

• Get active: even short walks after meals make a difference 🚶‍♂️
• Fill half your plate with fruits & veggies, and enjoy treats in moderation 🍏
• Drink plenty of water — and go easy on sugary or alcoholic drinks 💧
• Don’t skip your flu shot if you haven’t yet — it’s not too late! 💉
• Prioritize 7–9 hours of sleep so your mind and body stay strong 😴
• Take time to unwind — stress is real. Breathe, meditate, or simply take a quiet walk 🌲
• Wash hands often, and be safe with cooking & leftovers 🧼

Our Story

Our mission is to be good people who serve our patients and have a positive influence on all who come into contact with MCC Internal Medicine. We will strive to: •Provide Walk-In hour (7:00am-8:00am Monday-Thursday) for anything the Patient needs. •If the Patient is sick and calls us, we will see them within 24 hours. •If the Patient needs a return phone call, we will handle it with a sense of urgency. •MCC Internal Medicine Medicine will utilize both Physicians and PA/NPs in delivering the highest quality healthcare available…..this is the way healthcare should be!

Patients may be dismissed from MCC Internal Medicine as a patient under the following conditions:

(1) Failure to make reasonable attempt to pay their bill. We are more than willing to work out payment plans but will dismiss patients who refuse to pay their bill.

(2) If the patient is rude or disrespectful to our Providers or our staff.
