Because of the winter storm, in-person outpatient appointments on Sunday, Jan. 25, are cancelled. If you have an appointment scheduled, someone will reach out to you to reschedule. Our Crestview Hills, Mason, Green Township, and Eastgate locations will be closed all day Sunday, including Urgent Care, Lab and Radiology.

Telehealth appointments will proceed as scheduled. Virtual Urgent Care is available, and our Burnet and Liberty Urgent Care locations are open. Our Emergency Departments are open 24/7.

TriHealth’s contract with UnitedHealthcare is set to expire and although negotiations are in place, TriHealth's existing relationship with UnitedHealthcare falls short of what it takes for us to deliver better care, better health, and better value for our community.

Hello Families,
As we approach the winter months, I would like to share important information regarding how you will be notified in the event of an office delay or closure. Our goal is to ensure the safety of both our team members and our patients.

If there is a delayed opening or an early closure, affected patients will receive a phone call from a member of our office team.

If the office must close for the entire day, patients scheduled for that day will be notified through a MyChart message (If the patient is not active on MyChart, we will call you).

Weather-related delays and closures will also be posted on local news channels and our page.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep everyone safe this season.

Miami Avenue Construction Blitz

In order to expedite the gas line replacement on Miami Avenue, Duke Energy will have a "construction blitz" from November 16th (approximately 2PM) through November 21st at 7:00AM. Duke will be mobilizing nine (9) crews to work around the clock to advance the progress on the gas line installation. This blitz will require closure of key portions of Miami Avenue.

Closed Areas:
• Miami/Euclid intersection
• Miami/Railroad intersection (closed to eastbound traffic only)
• Miami/Camargo intersection (closed to eastbound only)

Local Traffic Areas:
• 7100 Block of Miami - Municipal Building to Laurel Avenue
• 6900 Block of Miami - Dawson Road, south to Camargo Road
