Nursing taught me resilience, perspective, and gratitude.

From a burnt out ER nurse… to travel nursing… to finding IV therapy and embracing wellness, every chapter has shaped who I am today. I’m forever grateful for every lesson and always embracing the journey. A reminder that you can always make a change, you’re never stuck. 🤍✨

Wellness isn’t just going to the gym, it’s taking care of your mind, body, and soul❣️🧠👣💫

Wellness to me is a hard workout, pushing my limits, doing yoga, cuddling the pups, sitting for a minute with an amazing up of coffee and spending time wtih God.
The more I continue on this journey I realize it has to be flexible and sustainable.
These are my weekly wellness non-negotiables, how they show up each week always look a littel differnet.
I just know when all of the pieces exist, that’s when I truly feel my best.🫶🏼

Explored life upside down?

Arm balancing is a really great way to intensify your yoga practice. Start by adding bunny hops (small jumps) when your in standing splits or 3 leg dog. This will help you find security balancing on your hands. Next step, set up facing a wall, pick your pose of choice, add more power! Your goal being to make a straight line with your hips/shoulders/head/&wrists. Use the wall to help stabilize and hold this pose building incredible joint & abdominal strength❣️
