Sneezing shouldn’t feel like a high-risk activity.
If you leak a little when you cough, laugh, jump, or sneeze — you’re not alone. It’s called stress urinary incontinence, and while it’s common (especially postpartum or during menopause), it’s not something you just have to live with.
Your pelvic floor might just need the right support — not more pads. Link also in Highlights

Gentlemen… When you tend to use urinals, can you try to pay attention to see if you’re straining. Do you hold your breath? Do you push down? All of this is called training. Straining causes for you to tighten your pelvic floor which leads for you to kink your urethra, causing you to strain even further in order to push all of the urine out of your bladder. Solution double: when you walk to the bathroom, you will practice the breathing, when you are standing and urinating, you will only concentrate on breathing. All this deep breathing will relax your pelvic floor, and on kink urethra, and the gravity will pull the urine out of your bladder to fully empty. *eing

Breathing patterns play a bigger role in pelvic floor function than most people realize😮‍💨

Beyond basic diaphragmatic breathing, techniques like 360° rib expansion, coordinating pelvic floor movement with the breath, longer controlled exhales, improve relaxation, and support strength when it’s actually needed🫁

These strategies don’t just help with pregnancy and birth they’re key for leakage, prolapse symptoms, pain, and overall pelvic floor coordination. When your breath and pelvic floor work together, your body functions better💡

Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles that provide support for your entire skeletal system and abdominal cavity. When you are upright standing your contract your pelvic floor muscles to sub max level and when you need to p*e/ poo/ pass gas you squeeze it to max level. So… when you are hovering you are still “standing” so you are still contracting your muscles that are kinking your urethra so you are NOT emptying your bladder properly. What to do? SIT and BREATHE!!!! Sit down in order to fully RELAX your muscles to open all of your holes like urethra and re**um and allow the deep breathing using diaphragm to help your lift and lower your pelvic muscles that now can act as a pump to help you pump your p*e or p**p 💩 out of you. *eing *e

Gallbladder is affected by estrogen, histamine, immune system which is suppressed during pregnancy, liver, posture, nervous system and the food you are eating. I think OBGYNs could do a better job educating our mommies about their changing bodies. Prevention is the KEY!!!! during pregnancy
