✨Yoga is not just something you do—it’s a state you remember.
In The Light of Being, we’ll journey through six weeks of breath-infused, accessible asana followed by guided relaxation and slowly unfolding Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep. This series is designed for continuing beginners and thoughtful practitioners who want to move with presence and explore the restorative, soul-level depth that Yoga Nidra can offer.

Series registrants will receive unique related video practices for the weeks that we do not meet.
Each class includes:
+ Gentle, mindful yoga to ground the nervous system and settle the body
+ Breath awareness and simple pranayama to awaken presence
+ A weekly introduction to the stages of Yoga Nidra, including:
Sankalpa (intention)
Body scan (rotation of consciousness)
Breath and sensation tracking
Visualization
Resting in awareness
Quiet space for integration, journaling, or reflection
