On Saturday, May 18th we will be closed so the office can attend the wedding of Mallory & Jonathan.

Mallory had been with our office for almost 4 years now and is the Billing and Practice Manager.

Please plan ahead for any refills i.e. visits you may need. We will be open next week Monday- Friday (May 13th-17th)

Thank you in advance for understanding our excitement for them.

Hey Athletes! Are you or a family member in need of a Sports Physical? Meet with Dr. Yeager & staff for your Sports Physical⛹️‍♂️

Monday through Friday 8am til 5pm
Saturday 8am til 12pm

Tuesdays we can NOT do sports physicals as we have a NP in office and not a doctor.

Learn about our Nurse Practitioner:

Whitney Sims Gore received her master’s degree from Auburn University with a specialty in Family Medicine. Before pursing her master’s degree, Whitney earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Auburn University as well.

Prior to becoming a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Whitney worked as a registered nurse for two years in the neurosurgical ICU and one year in the post-anesthesia care unit. She is in her fourth year at Community Urgent Care of Madison.

Whitney is a native of Guntersville. She currently resides in Madison, with her husband Spencer and their little girl Charlotte. In her spare time, Whitney enjoys cooking, going to church, snuggling with her little one and spending quality time with family and friends.

Whitney works in our office every Tuesday.

Learn a little about our Primary care physician:

Dr. Yeager grew up in Holly Pond, AL. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology, then completed a master’s degree in Community Health, both at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He completed his medical school studies at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. He became board certified in Family Medicine after completing his residency training at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and Druid City Hospital.
When not working,

Dr. Yeager enjoys spending time with his wife, Jordan, and three children, Cameron, Olivia, and Law. His favorite things to do are traveling with his family, attending the children’s many sporting events, and going on an impromptu adventure.
