Looks like Elf on the Shelf had a rough meet yesterday! 😂

Staff caught him sneaking around the sports medicine station and now in a sling and taped up like a true athlete. Ankle and shoulder secured. Form questionable. Effort elite!

He even updated the sign! 🎄

No elf is safe from proper taping, recovery, and sports medicine care. Hard work does not stop just because it is the holidays.

Wow! I’ll tell you what, what an incredible start this has been.

Working with this amazing community here in Southern Indiana has truly been special. Seeing people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain is the reason I do what I do, and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in me and my clinic.

The 2011 “Oregon Medical Insurance Experiment” and the 2023 study “The Impact of Medicaid Expansion” both show something important. When people gained insurance they had more medical visits and more interventions, but not better outcomes. More appointments did not equal better health and less pain.

That is the complete opposite of how I run my business and this clinic. I use an outcome based approach. You do not need to see me twenty times a year. You need the right plan the right treatment and the right progress. If we can’t get it figured out or I can’t help you I will get you to the right doctor/provider. I work with some of the best in the country!

Some companies like big pharma, for profit hospital systems, and insurance companies. They want more services more sessions and ultimately more money. I know that is a shocker, right?

The patients who have come to see me are getting real results. Are they coming to see me more than once? Yes. But they are not coming two or three times every week.
