March is National Athletic Training Month!
Being an Athletic Trainer is more than taping ankles and standing on the sidelines. It is early mornings, late nights, quick decisions under pressure, injury prevention, rehabilitation planning, emergency management, and building trust with every gymnast, coach, and parent we serve.
Athletic Trainers are healthcare professionals trained to evaluate, treat, and prevent injuries. We are often the first response when something goes wrong and the steady hand guiding the return when something goes right.
I am proud to serve athletes across the country through TD Sports Medicine & Performance and provide coverage at meets, in clinics, and inside the Recovery Zone. This profession demands knowledge, presence, and consistency and I would not trade it for anything.
To every Athletic Trainer putting in the work behind the scenes, thank you. Your impact is bigger than most people will ever realize.
