Therapeutic Writing Group: Reclaim Your Story ✍️
Are you craving a creative outlet, plus looking to dive into some deeper Self-growth work? This group invites you into a gentle process of storytelling, poetry, and lyrical writing — a space to explore, express, and connect.
We’ll begin with a bookbinding workshop, then move into themes like:
🌿 The stories we live by
🌿 Writing to the inner child
🌿 Honoring grief and letting go
🌿 Identity, authenticity, and finding your voice
Through guided writing, sharing, and community connection, you’ll have the chance to deepen self-understanding and rediscover your personal power. No writing experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.
📚 Open to adults 18+
