The next member of our team we want to recognize is Stephanie Faucher, NP who works with our facial plastics patients. She is an expert in her role, providing exceptional care to patients both before and after surgery. Her collaborative spirit and close partnership with the facial plastics surgeons are a testament to her commitment to excellent patient outcomes.

Known for her compassionate approach, Stephanie is a comforting presence for patients during what can be a vulnerable time. She ensures they feel informed and supported throughout their entire journey, from the initial consultation to their full recovery.

Beyond her patient care, Stephanie is a highly respected leader in the department's ongoing quality improvement efforts. Her dedication to finding new ways to enhance patient care and streamline processes has made a lasting impact on the entire practice. The combination of her clinical expertise, patient-centered approach, and commitment to excellence makes Stephanie an indispensable asset to the team.

The next team we want to recognize is our inpatient APP team. This group consists of 3 PAs and 2 NPs. Behind every smooth hospital stay is a team of dedicated professionals making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and our inpatient APP team is a big part of this.

This incredible group manages the day-to-day care of patients admitted to the ENT service with skill, focus, and compassion. From coordinating labs and placing timely orders to rounding on patients, updating families, and preparing discharges, they help keep everything running seamlessly.

They are a steady presence for patients and families during difficult moments, and a big part of the reason our ENT hospital stays are safe, smooth, and successful. They are an essential part of our ENT team, and we are so grateful for everything they do.
