This office door closed for the very last time. Thankful to have had such a meaningful space to serve my clients in. Thank you all for trusting me to hear your stories, to cry with you, and to laugh with you. I am still seeing clients remotely.

Tradgedy at the university I attended for undergrad unfolded on Monday. UW–Platteville police released an update on Monday’s shooting in Wilgus Hall. The update said UWP police found Kelsie Martin, 22, Beloit, the Wilgus Hall assistant resident director, with a gunshot wound. Martin was taken by Southwest Health EMS to Southwest Health, then by Med Flight helicopter to UW Hospital in Madison, where she was pronounced dead. Police also found Hallie Helms, 22, Baraboo, a Wilgus Hall resident, dead at the scene. The news release said Helms died by self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police believe no one else was involved, and the investigation is continuing. I am thinking of the entire Platteville community. 💙🧡💙🧡💙🧡
