🍲 Our April Birth Circle focuses on Nutrition in the childbearing year and beyond. We will discuss things we’ve learned in our own nutrition journeys as well as share recipes and snacks.

This is a community event and open to any local pregnant or postpartum mom. Babies in arms are always welcome.

💙 It’s a BOY! 💙

Our newest Nest baby is a boy born to first time parents that worked well together and worked hard to get him here. He was the first baby born in our upstairs birth room too! I look forward to sharing his story soon.

It was wonderful to spend time with so many of our families and meet some new people too! We got to show off our newly designed and decorated sunroom/waiting area, our new signs, and a fun new way to celebrate all babies born through The Nest.

This is a rough watch. I don’t understand why all of the information is out there and some nurses (as well as providers) choose to remain ignorant. I am almost embarrassed for them. Out here acting like the cord is a straw. 😬
