In about a month, I’ll be returning from leave! I would love to go ahead and get my schedule built up ahead of time.

I plan for my hours to be Thursdays (starting April 30th), and Saturday and Sundays (starting 10th and 11th). I can also be flexible and do evening times only during week days. Please reach out and I can get you on my schedule.

As many of my clients already know, I’ll be settling up my last appointments before going on maternity leave here around January 15th. I plan to be back beginning of April.

I still have some availability for the next couple of weeks, so please please get on my schedule asap, I would love to be able to get you in once more where I can😊

I will have a list of massage therapists available to take appointments while I’m out, so please don’t be afraid to ask! I would never want someone to miss out!

I now will have a 90 minute and a 1 hour exfoliation massage available with a seasonal scent included which were made by Hartman Poured, an amazing local candle shop. The scent options this fall include Pumpkin Cream and Cinnamon Apple😍

90 minute Exfoliation Massage: Includes full body and face exfoliation, cold stones, hot stones, and seasonal scent ($150).

60 minute Exfoliation Massage: Includes full body exfoliation, hot stones, and seasonal scent ($100).

A little shout out to cupping🙌🏻

Here are some of the benefits that can add wonders to your massage:

-increased circulation
-pain relief
-improved range of motion
-decompressed tissues
-muscle relaxation

If you think about it, our body and muscles are in a constant state of compression due to gravity. Cupping decompresses the tissues, bringing some blood to the surface along with it, which promotes healing. From my personal experience offering cupping thus far, it helps tremendously to relax the tissues, making it easier to work on the muscles as well!

I wanted to take a moment to thank my clients! The last couple of months I’ve been a couple weeks out with appointments. Woohoo!!!!

That being said, I wanted to get the word out about booking just a bit in advance when possible. I will ALWAYS accommodate where I can and get people in when I have cancellations. My line is always open.
