Quick hot take ⤵️

I’m going to be honest with you, getting healthy has nothing to do with the ingredients you can’t pronounce.

And everything to do with eating the right amount of carbs, protein, fat, and fiber for YOUR body.

This is true if you are going through infertility or a mom after infertility.

Or if you are just a woman in your 30s trying to get healthy.

Without enough of these nutrients your body is MORE stressed just trying to get the nutrients it needs to function (let alone make a baby, go through fertility treatments, or get your body back after finally becoming a mom).

The problem is you are inundated with too much conflicting information to know what to do.

I’m done with the scare tactics ❌

If you’re struggling to get pregnant, fertility treatments are failing and your thinking about IVF (or maybe you’ve already tried IVF) then your probably do just about anything to get pregnant.

The problem is so much of the nutrition advice I see out there for fertility, especially women doing IVF is to cut out sugar, processed foods, dairy and gluten.

And to be honest, you don’t have to do that to get pregnant.

And that advice isn’t actually evidenced based.

That advice only creates more stress and leaves women under-fueled going into IVF.

Fertility nutrition isn’t about cutting everything out or being perfect — it’s about giving your body the right fuel so it can respond to treatment.

On 11/28 we welcomed this miracle little boy into our family and became a family of 4 🩵

And as we close out 2025, I can’t help but think about a year ago I would have never thought I’d be sitting here tonight holding this sweet little boy. I just didn’t think it was in the cards for us. But God had other plans and for that we are forever grateful.

I can’t help but think about all of my clients and the women I’ve connected with here waiting for their miracle(s) because I get it. I’ve been there. And I just want you to know I’m sending you the biggest virtual hug and all the baby vibes for 2026.

I’m slowly coming out of my bubble and can’t wait to be back to serve you in 2026. 💛
