I’m going to be honest with you, getting healthy has nothing to do with the ingredients you can’t pronounce.
And everything to do with eating the right amount of carbs, protein, fat, and fiber for YOUR body.
This is true if you are going through infertility or a mom after infertility.
Or if you are just a woman in your 30s trying to get healthy.
Without enough of these nutrients your body is MORE stressed just trying to get the nutrients it needs to function (let alone make a baby, go through fertility treatments, or get your body back after finally becoming a mom).
The problem is you are inundated with too much conflicting information to know what to do.
