Get to know your practitioner!

My name is Ahmae Varnes, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Maya Abdominal Therapy Practitioner.

In 2020, I graduated from Giving Touch Massage Therapy School in Colorado. After passing the MBLEx, allowing me to have a massage therapy license, I took a job working at a ski resort in West Virginia. There I was able to refine my skills as a therapist and work on athletes, specializing in deep tissue and sports massage.

After following my passion for holistic healing, I was presented the opportunity to study Maya abdominal therapy in Belize- a therapy that had been introduced to me by my mother- Lisa Varnes-Epstein

Now I have my own business and provide healing therapies and serve the very same community I grew up in!

I am now accepting appointments for March! If you or some you know is interested, please feel free to reach out with questions.

Maya abdominal therapy - a 90 min session in which you will receive both abdominal massage and also the posterior work with the sacrum, hips, and low back.
This is recommended for people with -painful menstruation
-fertility challenges
-irregular periods
-back pain
-digestive issues
-polyps and cysts

Pelvic Hydrotherapy (yoni steam) -
A 40 min session with herbs specific to your needs. This can be booked by itself or added on to another service.
