Yesterday I had the chance to travel to Belfast to provide chair massage for the team at Belfast Drug Company, and it was one of those days that made me pause and think, “This is exactly why I love what I do.”

I’m so thankful for businesses who trust me with the wellbeing of their employees. Getting to walk into a new space, meet new faces, bring a little relief into someone’s workday, and connect with another part of our community is truly something I’m grateful for.

Thank you for having me — and for reminding me how meaningful this work really is. 💛

What an amazing day! Did you know that if you own a business and are looking for chair massage services for your employees (2 or more), I bring all my supplies and chair to you and provide relaxation and muscle tension relief right on site!

Today I had the honor to work on the fantastic employees at Ken’s Restaurant in Skowhegan.

✨ Fun fact! ✨
Ken’s Restaurant has been my favorite restaurant for literally as long as I can remember. I could eat their chicken every day, for every meal and never get sick of it. Occasionally I do branch out and try other things 😉 and I’ve never been disappointed by anything there.

So for me to come full circle in a way and go from being in the booths, eating until my hearts content to being able to care for the people who keep my favorite place running and keeping all of their customers happy was truly an awesome feeling. It was so nice to connect with everyone and meet the faces behind the scenes as well.

Thank you, Kristy, Hannah and everyone at Ken’s for the BEST day!
