Had a great time at the Mental Health Resource Fair in Decatur yesterday! Really appreciated the meaningful discussion on mental health and the impact of social media on teens. Such an important conversation—grateful to be part of it!

Join me at the Cook’s Museum tomorrow from 5–7 PM for an important evening focused on mental wellness. I’ll have a table set up, so be sure to stop by and say hello! Plus, there will be a discussion on social media and its impact on teen mental health—and I’ll be one of the panelists!
