URGENT: Mental Health Solutions follows Madison School District for inclement weather. Due to this, the office is currently physically closed, however, if you have not heard from your provider, and have a scheduled appointment today, please log onto our telemedicine platform as usual. Please also note there is no support staff available today, but calls will be returned once the office is open again.

Mental Health Solutions remains committed to maintaining the health and safety of our patients, our employees, and our community during this difficult time.

We are providing both in-person and telemedicine appointments for current and new patients.

For In-Person Appointments:
- Please contact the clinic AT LEAST 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment to inquire about in-person availability. Not all providers offer in-person appointments every day.
- In accordance with Public Health Madison & Dane County recommendations, masks will be required for ALL individuals.

COVID-19 Update:

We are currently providing both In-Person and Telemedicine (audio and video) appointments through an easy to access online service.

These options are available for current and new patients, however, please confirm your provider's availability for In-Person appointments. Contact clinic at 608-829-1800.

In this time of uncertainty we continue to work towards healing and being creative in finding ways to do so! We are here for you!

As the Coronavirus COVID-19 public health crisis continues and the "stay at home" order stands we will continue to have the clinic closed to in person visits until April 30th. We have been successfully doing telemedicine and will continue to do so.

Our amazing administrative staff continues to work to help us meet client needs. Our phones are staffed between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. Please reach out!
