I can corroborate the findings, which indicate that horses exhibit relaxation behaviors. Furthermore, repeated massage sessions yield even more pronounced relaxation and stress reduction.

This mare is incredibly affectionate and allowed me to work on her in the arena, liberty style, providing one of the most relaxing and tension-relieving massages I've experienced. She remained calm despite snow coming off the roof, moving only to release.
