As always, if you are receiving a prescription medication from our NP, we must see you every 90 days for a follow-up. Please get scheduled for your follow-up at least 2 weeks before you are out of medication to give the pharmacy time to fill and ship your medication.

A new year dictates renewed medical clearance for any active procedures done at Rejuvenation Skin Care. If our NP has not renewed your medical clearance for 2026, you will be required to see her before you can receive ANY active procedure. Medical clearance is for your health and safety and is provided at no cost. It only takes 15-20 minutes and can be done virtually for your convivence.
