PSA: If you think massage is gonna “fix” you while you sit around never moving your body… think again.
Massage is the sidekick, not the superhero. Exercise is what actually keeps your joints oiled, muscles strong, and body from feeling like a rusted-out car.
I can try to work out your knots, but you gotta work out, period. Otherwise you’re just paying me to press snooze on the problem.
Move first. Massage after. That’s how you win.
