Over a decade ago I had the pleasure of working side-by-side with Clare at Elite Health Services in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. Recently we reconnected, and I had a really incredible experience as she gave me a private swim coaching lesson. I have swam 🏊 since I was six years old, but never have I been taught with such attention to detail. Clare is legit, she’s on the ball, and she’s sharp! She will do video above the water as well below the water, and she will FaceTime with you afterwards to make sure that you have your exercises dialed in! Can’t thank her enough for this amazing experience, highly recommend 🤩 👍 👍

Another track workout in the books! This one was probably 20° cooler and a nice breeze and no sun! Not surprisingly, much easier to keep a 3:30 pace, one week ago I couldn’t even keep a 4:00 pace for an 800! Runners, please remember that you should not beat yourself up if you’re having a tough time running with the heat and humidity! There’s actually real science behind this. I don’t know who’s running shoes these are 🫣 nor do I have any idea how many miles are on them 🙈 but what I do know is, we do a comprehensive run analysis here at PEAK! it’s marathon season, and many of you are training, some of you have your shoe routine and rotation down pat, but others are making some crucial mistakes!
