“The best decision of my life.”

In 2010, she stepped on a scale and saw 240 pounds—and in that moment, she knew something had to change.
What followed wasn’t quick. It wasn’t easy. It was years of discipline, sacrifice, and consistency.

By 2021, she had lost 115 pounds and become a fitness instructor, helping others reclaim their health.
But even after all that work, there was still a battle she couldn’t win on her own—the extra skin and lingering insecurities left behind from the journey.

That’s where we entered the story—not to create her transformation, but to reveal the body she had already earned.

Her strength built the foundation.
Surgery simply removed what no amount of effort could undo.

Today, she stands confident—not because of a procedure, but because her hard work finally has the outcome it deserves. And when she says her recovery has been smooth and supported, that speaks to what matters most to us: exceptional care before, during, and after surgery.

We are grateful she trusted us with such a meaningful chapter of her life.
Her story is a reminder that transformation is possible—and that sometimes, the final step is asking for help.

To God be the glory.
Thank you for allowing us to share your journey. ❤️

As we step into 2026, I want to reintroduce myself—and speak clearly about why I do this work.

I believe every person is created with purpose, value, and dignity. My role as a surgeon is not just technical—it is a calling rooted in faith, service, and stewardship. Skill matters. Precision matters. But so do compassion, humility, and the responsibility to care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

I approach every patient with prayerful intention, focused attention to detail, and deep respect for the trust they place in my hands. True outcomes are shaped not only by technique, but by listening, honesty, and walking alongside someone through a meaningful season of change.

I use every tool God has entrusted to me—training, experience, discipline, and innovation—to serve patients well and to exceed expectations with integrity.

This work is about more than appearance.
It’s about restoration.
Confidence.
And honoring the person God created you to be.

Entering 2026, my commitment remains the same: to serve with excellence, lead with faith, and care for patients with purpose.

🎁 Merry Christmas 🎄
As we come to the close of this year, I’m grateful for this team and all that 2025 has brought.

It has been a year of change. Some have spread their wings and advanced their careers. We welcomed new team members into our family, grew into a new office space, and had the privilege of caring for more patients than ever before.

But it’s always been more than numbers for us.

This year, we extended our helping hands further. We hugged, we listened, and we shared moments that mattered—sometimes filled with laughter, sometimes with tears of joy. Through it all, we had each other.

We’re grateful for the trust placed in us and committed to continuing this mission together into the new year.

Merry Christmas 🎄 ✝️🎁 from our team.

There are moments in medicine that remind you exactly why you chose this calling.

Whitney came to us carrying more than physical discomfort — she was carrying years of pain, limitation, and emotional weight that many women silently endure. Just over a week after her breast reduction and lift, she’s already experiencing freedom she didn’t realize was possible.

What matters most to me is not just surgical technique — it’s listening, validating, and walking with patients through decisions that truly change their quality of life. When a patient tells me they feel heard, supported, and cared for — that is success.

I am grateful for the trust she placed in me and our team, and humbled by her words. This is what patient-centered, faith-guided, purpose-driven care looks like.

If you’ve been living with pain, discomfort, or limitations and wondering if relief is possible — it is. And you don’t have to walk that journey alone.

What a remarkable night at Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation’s Gala 41! 🎉 HH Plastic Surgery Madison was proud to sponsor this premier black-tie evening of dinner, and celebration in support of Decatur’s health and community initiatives.

We had a great time and were truly honored to stand alongside so many inspiring individuals who are making a meaningful impact right here in the Decatur community. Hearing the stories of outstanding leaders and neighbors was both humbling and motivating.

Huge appreciation to Kelli Powers, the Decatur Morgan Hospital team, and everyone who works so hard behind the scenes to make this event possible. And a special shout-out to our friends and colleagues who joined us — thank you for your fellowship and support. 🙌

Luis & Leslie Mendoza , it was wonderful having you with us!

Looking forward to next year already 🖤

When a team is aligned, focused, and united… remarkable things happen.

The crew surprised me with matching scrub caps—yes, with my face on them. A funny gesture, but it spoke to something real: shared purpose, shared standards, and a shared mission to care for our patients with excellence.

Coach K said it well: “The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.”
And Scripture affirms it: “Two are better than one… for they have a good reward for their labor.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9

Grateful for each of these women. Their skill, heart, and unity make outstanding care possible every single day.

Perfection Isn’t the Goal — Becoming the best version of yourself is.

“Let perseverance finish its work, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.”
— James 1:4

This mom in her 30s is a picture of perseverance. After bringing multiple children into the world, she made a deliberate decision to reclaim her health. She committed to weight loss, built disciplined habits, and made real progress — until she reached a plateau familiar to many mothers.

But instead of stopping, she chose to keep going.
She asked honest questions.
She clarified her goals.
She pursued a path that aligned with her own definition of confidence — not someone else’s idea of “perfect.”

During her consultation, we focused on her ideal: safe, realistic, appropriate for her anatomy, and centered on helping her become the best version of herself.

She proceeded with an extended abdominoplasty and an insurance-approved breast reduction with lift. In her photos, you may notice a touch of baseline scoliosis — something we accounted for thoughtfully in shaping her contour and achieving balance.

Her transformation is more than aesthetic:
• Less back pain
• Improved skin quality
• A restored silhouette that mirrors her inner strength
• A renewed confidence that radiates in every detail

She didn’t chase perfection.
She pursued completion.
She finished the work she began — and her joy reflects that truth.
