🍂 NEW SONG OUT TODAY: “Be Like Water” 🌊

As the leaves begin to turn, I’m reminded that the trees don’t cling — they release. Nature shows us again and again that everything moves in cycles.

“Fish do not drown in water
Birds do not fall from the sky
Flowers do not strain to bloom
Fire does not resist its light...”

These opening lyrics were inspired by a poem by Mechthild of Magdeburg and became a meditation on remembering that we are nature — and that when we trust the natural cycles of life, they carry us exactly where we need to go. We don’t have to force or strive. We can allow the universal current to move through us — like water.

“Be like water, listen to the wind
Let go, let go, let go of control...”

So often we move too fast to notice what is no longer needed. This chorus has become a practice for me — a way to soften my grip when I’m holding too tightly to what is already changing.

We are not human doings, we are human beings. The elements remind us that we are part of the living cycles of nature — and that when we truly slow down, to listen, we can live more in alignment with who we truly are.

HEALING PILGRIMAGE TO PERU - FREE INFO MEETING TODAY AT 4PM

Join me in partnership March 20-April 3, 2026, with Túpaq Ttito Kuntur and The Sacred Wisdom School of the Inkas for a 14-day spiritual healing pilgrimage to the Andes.

This is not a tourist journey, but an authentic immersion into Andean mysticism and Indigenous healing traditions. Guided by a community of Paqos (medicine people), you’ll step into your own transformation—clarifying body and mind, deepening your connection with Pachamama, and opening to the cosmic beings that support your evolution.

We begin in Pisac, spending three days together grounding into the land, resting, and learning foundational practices to weave ourselves into a cohesive SAPAN AYLLU, or healing family. From there, we travel to Pomaqanchi, Túpaq’s ancestral home, for six days of ceremonies, teachings, and direct transmission from Andean masters whose lineages stretch back through generations of light. You’ll receive individualized practices, rituals, and energy medicine to continue long after you return home.

Together we’ll visit sacred sites for cleansing and culminate in a three-night mountain pilgrimage to Apu Ausangate, integrating our healing in communion with the Apus (mountain spirits). We’ll end in Cusco, exploring the ancient Inka capital and celebrating our journey with a final shared meal.

Throughout, you’ll be nourished with traditional meals, morning meditations, and ceremonies including coca-leaf readings, one-on-one guidance, offerings, herbal detoxing, fire rituals, and personalized healing work.

You’ll return home:
