Join us for a special fundraiser flow to support Second Harvest Food Bank. With SNAP benefits in flux, many local families are feeling the strain. 🧡

This all-levels flow class will guide you through an uplifting, grounding practice focused on compassion, community, and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the mat, you’ll leave feeling balanced, inspired, and part of something meaningful.

All proceeds from this class will go directly to Second Harvest Food Bank to help provide meals, supplies, and support for families in need.

Dragonfly will be matching donations, so let’s make it a good one!

If you can’t make it to this Fundraiser Flow, you can still help! Please bring your non-perishable food donations to any location and we will distribute it for you! 🥫Donated food will go directly to Second Harvest Foodbank and families in need at One City Schools. Thank you for supporting our community!
