When we rest in this loving awareness, we anchor it to the earth and into humanity.
A steady frequency of unconditional love in a world that often forgets its own heart.

Unconditional love isn’t passive.
It is a field. A resonance. A choice to meet each moment without armor, without collapse, without judgment.

As we embody it, we remind others of what we already are.
We don’t have to fix, convince, or save.
Our presence does the work.

Breathe it in.

It can be alarming how uncomfortable comfort feels when we’ve become used to suffering but it’s true! Give yourself time to adjust and transition.
