Sankofa Behavioral & Community Health Sankofa Behavioral & Community Health "Recovering the Past to Protect the Future. We currently have locations in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

We provide assessment, case management, and therapy to individuals and families affected by alcohol and other drug abuse, trauma, and other mental health related issues. SankofaBCH is a multicultural, outpatient behavioral health program that targets families with ecological stressors. We provide individual, group, and family therapy to address both substance abuse and mental health issues. We also participate in interdisciplinary consultation with social workers, psychiatrist, psychologist, substance abuse counselors, and family members of the SankofaBCH’s consumers.
