Synergos Counseling and Wellness

Synergos Counseling and Wellness Counseling,nutrition, wellness groups, yoga events, and more! Synergos is an extension of the Greek word for "synergy" meaning working together.

We offer mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults of every age. In-home services and teletherapy may be available on a case-by-case basis in addition to exposure therapy in the community allowing real time support to challenge anxiety. We also have a wellness center and offer yoga, massage therapy, reiki, acupressure, financial coaching, nutrition counseling with registered dietitians and more! Our specialties include but are not limited to:
-Individual Therapy
-Couples Counseling
-Family Therapy
-Children and Adolescent Counseling Services
-Anxiety-related disorders (i.e., Generalized Anxiety disorder, Hair Pulling disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive disorder, etc)
-Gold standard, evidenced based treatments such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, Habit Reversal Training (HRT) Interventions
-Sex Therapy
-Eating Disorder Treatment
-Sports Dietetics and Performance Nutrition
-pediatric nutrition
