Feet and ankles and specifically the big toe is so so important in gait patterns and just general mobility. Without foot mobility it moves up the chain, knees and hips, etc. pay close attention to your kids feet to@prevent issues as adults.

Just a crooked tree. Who else has a tree that leans after putting the star on top? Who else finds it hard to put the ornaments on because the memories of them make you feel sad? Yep, that’s me. This year it’s a leaning tree with no ornaments. Why? Because I can.

Happy healthy reset set the mind and body back to at least a more functional level. This time of year is hard mentally and emotionally and when you add sickness on top of it, frankly it sucks! Even if it’s short do something physical to help you with those feelings.

Walking on ice means a stiff legged walking pattern. Ankle mobility then becomes compromised. Once indoors rotate your ankles, do calf raises and even stretch your calves. Ankle mobility is very important to prevent falls or even twists of the ankles.
