Feeling old? Move your body. Inactivity and poor diet are leading contributors to cancer. Just like the hung on a door, your joints will creak and “rust.” Is it any mystery why we as a society have so many joint replacements? I find it hard to believe it’s due to trauma or injury. In my opinion, it’s lack of use. Our society is far too sedentary and look for the easy fix of replacing joints.

Can you do a spinal roll up without popping at the hips and raising your legs? It’s a good indication of all around abdominal strength if you can. Upper, mid and lower abs are involved and try it segmentally to really isolate all sections.
