"I've been with Valley View for 15 years. To me that says a lot about a person. It shows you're loyal and dedicated. I always knew my passion as a child was helping the elderly. Over the years I have learned you have to have patience & empathy and just simply love what you do. Over all my years here I have had the chance to experience working in long term care to working short term rehab care for 5 years before having the opportunity to grow and take the med tech class. What has kept me going is building strong relationships with my coworkers and my residents that alone can make a job feel like a second family!!"

That’s why we’re excited to introduce new nursing leadership and a renewed focus on building the kind of environment nurses deserve.

Meet Our New Director of Nursing – Keri Mullins
Keri Mullins is a transformational healthcare leader known for her commitment to clinical excellence and her ability to build and lead high-performing nursing teams.
With 16 years as a critical care nurse at Huntsville Hospital and experience serving in several clinical executive leadership roles across North Alabama, Keri brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and compassion to the Valley View community. Her focus is simple: support nurses, strengthen teamwork, and create a culture where great care and great staff thrive together.

We know that some team members may have left Valley View during a different time in leadership. If that was your experience, we sincerely hope you’ll consider giving us another look.
