# 🦷✨ EXCITING UPDATE TIME! ✨🦷
Hey everyone! We know you've been wondering what's been happening since our little "fire incident" back in February 2024 (because apparently our office thought it needed a REALLY deep clean 😅).
First off, THANK YOU for your incredible patience! We know we've been quieter than usual with updates, and we truly appreciate you sticking with us through this process.
The truth is, this whole process has been like trying to perform a root canal while juggling flaming torches and herding cats - except the cats are insurance adjusters, the torches are permit applications, and somehow we're also managing three kids at home who think cereal counts as a food group.
But here's the AMAZING news - we're SO close to breaking ground! We're in the final stages of budget tweaking (translation: making sure we can still afford coffee for the staff) and coordinating with our contractor and bank. It's been like a very expensive, very slow dance, but we're finally hearing the music!
