In my work with clients at Optimal Health Network, I approach PCOS as a whole-body endocrine conversation, and look not only at ovarian health, but adrenal health, thyroid health, metabolic health, and inflammation in the body as well. Many doctors treating patients with PCOS just prescribe birth control to regulate periods, and don’t look at the deeper causes of the condition. It’s so important for your health to p**p every day! This may sound simple, but for some it’s easier said than done.
