Earlier this week, All Saints Assisted Living staff gathered for their Christmas party, and what a joyful celebration it was! 🎄❄️ Everyone enjoyed delicious food, fun games, and door prizes! ElderSpan Management President David Griffin shared heartfelt thanks to the team for their unwavering care, commitment, and dedication throughout the past year. ❤️ We also celebrated and honored staff members reaching milestone anniversaries, an inspiring reminder of the passion and loyalty that make our community so special! 🎉👏

Even though it's sure been cold, the folks still have been finding lots to keep them busy!

Last week in Memory Care, the folks enjoyed the wonderful carols from Saint Paul's Catholic Student Center Choir!🎶 On Monday everyone got creative making beaded pipe cleaner Christmas Trees, and on Tuesday Norman's daughter Christine came in and played the piano during Happy Hour! Wednesday brought a Sing-Along led by Activity Assistant Alexa, and the day was rounded off with a fun trip to the Holiday Fantasy in Lights at Olin Park!

Assisted Living was bustling with activity last week! On Saturday, carolers from Saint Paul's Catholic Student Center Choir came to sing in Town Square, then came by again on Sunday to carol in Assisted Living. It was such a joy to hear their fantastic voices! On Monday afternoon the ladies decorated beautiful Christmas cookies to serve at the Christmas Party, and on Wednesday the Smile Club from Edgewood High School of the Sacred Heart came to play games and make greeting cards with the folks! This group is always such a hit with the residents - they truly bring lots of smiles wherever they go😊

Baking delicious food for the holidays is a wonderful tradition and so much more fun when you don't have to do it alone....

Baking delicious food for the holidays is a wonderful tradition and so much more fun when you don't have to do it alone. 👩‍🍳

A cookie exchange was a great way to bake one kind of cookie and go home with a lovely variety! And for this month's Kooking with Kaden class, folks made Chex Mix, deviled eggs and Ants on a Log. Afterward everyone enjoyed sampling along with a cup of cocoa. ☕🎄

Ho, Ho, Ho and Merry Christmas! 🎄🎅

Yesterday was the assisted living family Christmas party and what a wonderful time it was! There were delicious appetizers, a dessert bar, holiday punch and Wollersheim Winery & Distillery wine. Delightful! Beautiful music by The Larry Busch Band and a visit by jolly old St. Nick made it an afternoon to remember. A big thank you to everyone who made it such a success! 🌟

The apartment folks were simply having a wonderful time decorating All Saints last week! The Christmas trees look beautiful, and after everyone finished putting up ornaments, lemonade and cookies were shared by all. Last Thursday we had our WONDERFUL Resident/Family Christmas Party in Memory Care! What a fantastic turnout; such fun was had! The appetizers, desserts, and punch were out of this world, and the Larry Busch Band is always such a hit. And of course, Santa Claus was loved by all! We would like to thank all our amazing staff and volunteers who made this event such a success - nothing warms our hearts more than seeing the smiles of our residents!
