Whew what a day!! 5 one hour long treatments and I’m whipped! This contraption is awesome but it’s a beast. Thankful for healing and for chiropractic!

Multiple adjustments, multiple rehab benches, and this contraption was brutal and awesome at the same time. I’ve learned I’m to nice to patients 😂. Thankful for chiropractic care and my body’s ability to heal!!

Started the morning with a modified workout, cooked a healthy breakfast, took my supplements (yes I travel with my supplements) and then multiple treatments at Ideal Spine Health Center. Amazing place. I’m whipped but excited about getting better and learning!
