What You’ll Do
• Perform phlebotomy procedures
• Complete lab requisitions accurately
• Order and manage lab supplies and test kits
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Call, schedule, and coordinate new patients
• Verify insurance benefits
• Schedule care plan visits
• Follow up on missed appointments
• Maintain organized, compliant patient records

Requirements
• Phlebotomy certification (required)
• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
• Strong organizational, phone, and scheduling skills
• Comfortable following systems, protocols, and workflows
