Meet Pamela!
From Texas, to Maine & now back to her home state in Connecticut, Pamela's goal is to help clients achieve their self care goals one massage at a time. Licensed since 2020 and trained in therapeutic, deep tissue, trigger point & myofascial release, Pamela is committed to using her training to help minimize stress & enhance your overall wellbeing. 💚

🌷Happy Spring!🌷

We've been doing a lot of growing the past few months & I think its time to update everyone!

Starting Tuesday, March 25th, our newest massage therapist, Pamela, will be available to take new and existing clients! Pamela has been an LMT for 5 years, receiving her certification in Texas, honing her skills at a resort in Maine and is back home in Connecticut, laying down some roots. We are thrilled to have her join our team and know she's going to be an amazing addition!

Also, starting next week, you will notice a $5 price increase in all massage services. We haven't raised our prices in nearly 4 years, and as much as we have tried to avoid it, in order to keep offering top of the line products, linens & well-trained therapists, it's something we have to do.

We are so thankful to our incredible clients, who have been nothing but supportive through the years. I know, personally, I have had some of you with me since I moved her in 2010 and to have gone from a nervous 20-year-old massage therapist, to owning a blooming massage collaborative and sharing Lilac & Laurel Health & Wellness with the the wonderful Katie Fields-Wiltsie of Swedish Bodyworks Therapeutic Massage is truly humbling. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making this all possible. It's surreal.

A '23 graduate of Cortiva Institute, Jessie's goal as a massage therapist is to help ease stress, provide relaxation & aid in balancing your mind and body. She also performs focused work on target areas & was recently certified in manual lymphatic drainage.
