We’re not perfect, but we are certainly deserving. 🤍 Today, we hosted our very first summit, and it was an incredible success. The ladies were given the opportunity to share their opinions and offer suggestions openly, rather than simply dropping ideas into a suggestion box. 🫶They were able to receive live, immediate responses, which made the experience even more meaningful. I truly believe this activity helped bring the women of Prodigal Home and the staff closer together as we continue working toward building a better quality of living. ❤️❤️

We’re proud to announce that Prodigal Home Resource Center has officially launched FREE GED prep classes! 🎉
Register by April 16th, 2026: www.prodigalhomeresourcecenter.org/GED

Even more exciting, these classes will be led by the incredibly qualified Lucy Lollar, whose passion and expertise will make a real difference for students.
We’re looking forward to this new chapter and the opportunities it will create for our community. Let’s grow, learn, and succeed together! 📚✨

Laser tag, bowling, arcades… oh my! 🎯🎳🕹️ Big kids in a candy store 🎳 Had the best time bowling , and somehow losing has never been this fun 😂 . (Ms.Kiara and Sarah tied for 1st 🥇 place )

Learning to have sober fun 🤍 isn’t about forcing joy, it’s about rediscovering it. That really showed at our bowling 🎳 outing yesterday. While 3 of our newest ladies chose not to participate, the rest of the group had a great time and genuinely enjoyed themselves without drugs or alcohol. This is something we’ll continue to work on with them, reminding them, “You don’t have to love it, just be open to trying it “🤍

It was truly a pleasure to be invited to Alabama A&M University 📚 to speak with and share our experiences with the junior and senior Internship class! We are excited about the opportunity to support and work alongside these students, helping equip them with the skills and hands-on experience they need as they prepare for graduation 🎓and the next step toward earning their bachelor’s degrees.

We were especially pleased to connect with a student from our hometown, as well as many others who share the same passion for making a positive impact and helping to build stronger communities.
